DeepRank Agent: Your In-Dashboard AI Assistant With Access to Your Data
The DeepRank Agent is a powerful in-dashboard assistant that uses tool-calling to work with your real platform data. Unlike a generic chatbot, it can run or fetch your AI Readiness Audit, list and manage your DeepSeeker prompts, show your Canonical Business Profiles (CBPs), compare AI Snapshots, list content plans and ideas, get distribution snippets, and explain your usage limits—all in natural language.
Why the Agent is a core feature
- Your data only – When you ask about a domain, audit, or CBP, the Agent uses only your tracked sites and profiles.
- Tool-calling – It can read and act on your account (audits, prompts, CBPs, snapshots, content plans, snippets, limits).
- No guessing – Get answers about your actual results and limits instead of generic advice.
- Faster workflows – Interpret audit results, check remaining manual checks, or inspect a CBP without clicking through multiple screens.
Where to find the Agent
- Log in to deeprank.ai.
- Open the dashboard (e.g. from the main nav).
- In the sidebar, go to Agent, or use the Agent entry in the header.
- Start typing or speaking; the Agent will use tools as needed to answer.
The Agent is available only on paying plans (STARTER, GROWTH, ENTERPRISE). FREE tier users cannot use it. A daily message limit applies (resets at midnight UTC).
What the Agent can do (with tools)
Audit
- Run or fetch your latest AI Readiness Audit for a URL.
- Explain scores and recommendations in plain language.
- Help you prioritize fixes.
DeepSeeker (prompts)
- List your tracked sites and prompts.
- Add or remove prompts (within plan limits).
- Trigger a recheck for prompts.
- Explain your prompt limits and manual check limits and remaining usage.
Canonical Business Profiles (CBPs)
- List your CBPs.
- Show sections: identity, audience, offerings, wrong_choice_when, terminology, proof, etc.
- Help you understand how your CBP is used by Content Generator, Distribution Snippets, and AI Snapshots.
AI Snapshots
- List AI Snapshots for your business.
- Compare two snapshots (e.g. before/after) and describe differences in factual, non-evaluative language.
Content plans and distribution snippets
- List your content plans and their ideas (e.g. from the Content Plan Generator).
- Get distribution snippets for a given CBP (LinkedIn, directory, Reddit, etc.).
Usage limits
- Explain your plan limits: prompts, manual checks, businesses, etc.
- Tell you remaining usage for the current period (e.g. manual checks left this month).

Message limits and access
- FREE tier: Cannot use the Agent. You’ll see an upgrade prompt.
- Paying tiers (STARTER, GROWTH, ENTERPRISE): A daily message limit applies (resets at midnight UTC).
- Tools (audit, DeepSeeker prompts, CBPs, snapshots, content plans, snippets) are limited by your plan (e.g. number of CBPs, prompts, manual checks).

Privacy and scope
All answers are scoped to your account. The Agent does not access other users’ data. When you mention a domain or CBP, it uses only your tracked sites and Canonical Business Profiles.
